Glenn D. Burlamachi, CFSP, a Concord resident and funeral director, has owned and operated the Concord Funeral Home since 2004, the Badger Funeral Homes of Littleton and Groton since 2016, and the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home in Maynard from 2014-2017. Glenn’s professional and business development experience has allowed him to qualify for his role as both funeral director and business leader. He manages and oversees all three funeral home locations and encourages the team to participate in continuing education through seminars and local community-based programs. In 2013, Glenn was invited to join the Life Celebration Community, an exclusive group of funeral profession innovators and thought leaders. This partnership allowed Glenn to transform how families heal by providing a memorable and customized funeral experience. In 2014, Glenn was recognized as Concord’s “Business Person of the Year,” in the Spring of 2018, the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce presented Glenn with the honor of “2018 Business Person of the Year.” Glenn sits on the Board of Directors at the New England Deaconess Association and the Concord Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Glenn completed the educational and training program at the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice to become a Certified Funeral Service Practitioner (CFSP). Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Accounting from Green Mountain College and an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science from FINE Mortuary College.

David H. Halloran is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. A Concord native, he joined the MacRae – Tunnicliffe Concord Funeral Home in 1973. David is a graduate of New England Institute of Applied Arts and Science and Master Mason at Corinthian Lodge A.F. & A.M.

David’s role at the funeral home is to oversee all daily operations including family conference, funeral arranging and caring for the deceased. David’s attention to detail and experience have proven to be helpful to all families served.

David resides in Acton with his wife Helen Dearborn Halloran.

Caroline Burlamachi is a registered funeral apprentice with the Badger Funeral Homes and Concord Funeral Home. She graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School, attended the University of Montana, and is currently enrolled in the Funeral Service Education Program at North Shore Community College. Her role at the funeral home is to assist with administrative functions and create meaningful life celebration displays.

ANAILI DIANE HERNANDEZ, Preneed Funeral Director and Certified Life Celebrant

Anaili is originally from Texas where she was a licensed funeral director, embalmer, and crematory operator. As a young adult, she completed her EMT training and went on to become a licensed medical billing and coding specialist. Following that, she attended and graduated from Texas A&M University where she received her bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Forensic Entomology. Anaili went on to receive her degree in Mortuary Science from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services in Houston, Texas. Since then, she has also become a certified life celebrant. Her role at the funeral homes as our Preneed Funeral Director is to meet with families that are looking to plan and prepare their funeral needs for the near or distant future.

Anaili resides in Holden and spends most of her free time with her dogs, Ava and Chase, who enjoy the New England fall weather as much as she does.
